NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-014123 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Wamu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-PR1 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Wendy Snyder also known as Wendy K. Snyder, Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Wendy Snyder also known as Wendy K. Snyder, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 4th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
