NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 7, 2013, entered in Case No. 08017365CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and J. Herschel Smith; Unknown Spouse of J. Herschel Smith; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for America's Wholesaler Lender; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 9, REVISED MAP OF THE BAY SHORE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
