NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-020156 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Geraldine Titus, Belleview Biltmore Villas-Bayshore II, Inc, Cross Roads Waterproofing, Inc., a dissolved corporation, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 6th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 411, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF BELLEVIEW BILTMORE VILLAS - BAYSHORE II, A CONDOMINIUM, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4196, PAGES 1963 THROUGH 2025, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5211, PAGE 648, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 1 THROUGH 8, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH PARKING SPACE NUMBER 63 AS A LIMITED COMMON ELEMENT APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT WITHOUT WARRANTY.
