NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 9602 CI 21 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED NOTEHOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2007-2, is Plaintiff and Charlene A. Brown, Gary L. Brown and Hidden Grove Court Homeowners Association, Inc., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00A.M. on the 11th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
The Following described land, situate, lying and being in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit: Lot 37, Hidden Grove Court, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 106, Pages 45 and 46, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Street Address: 682 Channing Drive, Palm Harbor, FL
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
