NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 4th day of November, 2013, and entered in Case No. 124841 CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein STATE FARM BANK FSB is the Plaintiff and PETER L. MALINCHOCK, LAKE FOREST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF PINELLAS COUNTY, INC., JACQUELINE K. MALINCHOCK and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
