NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 12, 2013 and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-015456 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and DORIS O DAVIS; UNITED GUARANTY RESIDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF NORTH CAROLINA; HIGHLAND LAKES VILLAS ON THE GREEN CONDOMINIUM I ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/14/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 1-B, HIGHLAND LAKES ON THE GREEN CONDOMINIUM I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDING IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE(S) 96 THROUGH 100 INCLUSIVE, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4958, PAGE 273, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA,
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
