NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated July 11, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-000066-CICI, DIVISION: 15, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff, and RICHARD A. CARTAGENA A/K/A RICHARD CARTAGENA; JENNIFER CARTAGENA; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 9th day of December, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 3, DRUID PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 71, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
