NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-017431 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which CitiBank, NA, as Trustee for WaMu Series 2007-HE2 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Andria Smith, Louis Kikis, Victoria Kikis, Judy Sidor, Ray Sidor, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 10th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 1, BLOCK 1, OF J.C. BEEKMAN'S SUBDIVISION OF LOTS 2, 3 AND 4, B LOCK 74, TARPON SPRINGS, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
