NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-006795-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MOREQUITY, INC., is the Plaintiff and LYNNE L. SUSIN; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on DECEMBER 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25 OF THE CROSSINGS AT LAKE TARPON, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 97, PAGES 64 THROUGH 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
