NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated November 4, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-012044 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon, formerly known as The Bank of New York, as Successor Trustee to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Trust 2006-AR4 Mortgage Pass- Through Certificates, Series 2006-AR4, Plaintiff and Dennis Vellardita and Paulette Vellardita, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE NORTH 60 FEET OF LOTS 15 & 16 , BLOCK 51, PLAT OF PINELLAS PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK H-2, PAGES 91 AND 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
