NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 8, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-007843 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Property Development Partners of Tampa Bay, LLC. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 10, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 40 FEET OF LOT 22 AND THE WEST 35 FEET OF LOT 21, BLOCK 27, EAGLE CREST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
