NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 22, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-016403 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, N.A., as Trustee, for Merrill Lynch Mortgage Investors Trust, Series MLCC 2005-3, Plaintiff and Mathias Bergendahl are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 11, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 21, SUN KETCH 1, A CONDOMINIUM - PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONODMINIUM PLAT BOOK 87, PAGES 23-32, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 6081, PAGE 1422, ET SEQ., AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
