NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 22, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-009712 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and Deopaul Ramsanai are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 11, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 61 FEET OF LOT 63 AND THE WEST 9 FEET OF LOT 64, BLOCK 3, BAY RIDGE TERRACE UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
