NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 22, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-011456 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for WAMU Mortgage Pass Through Certificate for WMALT Series 2007-2 Trust, Plaintiff and John Jesse Carulli a/k/a John J. Carulli and Delena R. Carulli, His Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 11, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 64, SKYVIEW TERRACE FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGES 29 THROUGH 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
