NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 11, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-008596 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Shirley K. Atkin, Individually and as Trustee under Trust Agreement dated September 25, 2006 and Sheridon K. Levens, Individually and as Trustee under Trust Agreement dated September 25, 2006 are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 10, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 33, KEENEAIR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
