NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 15, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-002800 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Plaintiff and Gary D. Wilson are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 9-202, OF BENTLEY AT COBB'S LANDING, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14748, AND PAGE 1703 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
