NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 11, 2012 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale to be Published dated November 14, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-2597-CI-20 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and ROBERT J. ARIGO; THE GRAND BELLAGIO AT BAYWATCH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SAVANNAH CONSTRUCTION INC., are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 7th day of January, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1235A, BUILDING 12, OF THE GRAND BELLAGIO AT BAYWATCH CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 129, PAGES 1 THROUGH 105, INCLUSIVE, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 12663, PAGE 1378 AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
