NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated July 20, 2010, entered in Civil Case No.: 522009CA007788XXCICI, DIVISION: 11, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff, and ERIC R. JONES; JACKIE L. JONES; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; are Defendant(s).
Ken Burke, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 10th day of December, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 48 AND LOT 47, LESS THE NORTH ½ LOT OF LOT 47 BEING 30 FEET ON THE WATER, 120 FEET DEEP AND 24.23 FEET ALONG THE ROAD, LESS ALSO A PARCEL OF LAND ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE SOUTH ½ OF LOT 47, STARTING AT THE LOT LINE BETWEEN LOT 46 AND LOT 47 ALONG THE ROAD, GO 24.23 FEET SOUTHERLY ALONG THE NORMANDY ROAD TO A POINT BEGINNING, THENCE 4.34 FEET SOUTHERLY ALONG NORMANDY ROAD; THENCE WESTERLY IN A STRAIGHT LINE TO A POINT 3O FEET SOUTH OF LOT LINE BETWEEN LOT 46 AND LOT 47 ALONG THE WATER, AND THENCE EASTERLY IN A STRAIGHT LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, ALL IN THE SUBDIVISION OF THE ISLAND ESTATES, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 19, PULIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL RIPARIAN RIGHTS APPERTAINING THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
