NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated AUGSUT 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-015445-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and THOMAS M. TERZULLI; JOHN DOE NKA JOHN NOVAK; JANE DOE NKA JENNIFER NOVAK are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on DECEMBER 10, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1 SPICE-A-LOT REPLAT, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 126, PAGES 35-36 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
