NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 9, 2013, entered in Case No. 12-012128-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Brian L. Cramer; Unknown Spouse of Brian L. Cramer; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Lender's Investment Corp.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 9th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, LESS THE EAST 11 FEET, AND LOT 7, LESS THE WEST 20 FEET, BLOCK 15, CORSON'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 94, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
