NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-013580 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for J.P. Morgan Mortgage Trust 2006-S1, is the Plaintiff and Nancy Schwartz, as Trustee of the Nancy Schwartz Revocable Trust Agreement Dated October 8, 2009, SunTrust Bank, Unknown Beneficiaries of the Nancy Schwartz Revocable Trust Agreement Dated October 8, 2009, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 15th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 18, BLOCK 14, MAXIMO MOORINGS UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGES 54 AND 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
