NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 7, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-006617 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP, is the Plaintiff and Madison Lynn Crooker, a Minor, by and Through Her Mother and Natural Guardian, Regions Bank Successor by Merger to Amsouth Bank, United States of America, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 15th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 9, BLOCK D, PARKWOOD FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
