NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated AUGUST 22, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-7203 CI 11 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2003QS21, is the Plaintiff and HARTMUT COMBERG; INGRID COMBERG; CITIBANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on DECEMBER 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 11, SAFFORD ADDITION REVISED, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK H1, PAGE 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
