NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-13008-CI-07 of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAY PINES CONDOMINIUM UNIT 1 is Plaintiff, and LAWRENCE W. MCMAHON and UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A LESLIE SHARPE are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 7th day of January, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Apartment 209, BAY PINES APARTMENT UNIT 1, according to the Condominium Plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 2, Page(s) 72 and 73, as thereafter amended, as further described in the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 2791, Page 563, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto; the street address of which is: 9945 47th Ave N #209.
