NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of November, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-000866, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-PR1 TRUST is the Plaintiff and EDWARD HOLBROOK, CITY OF LARGO, FLORIDA LOIS HOLBROOK and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 11th day of December, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2 OF FULLERTON REPLAT ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 17 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
