NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 29, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2013-CA-001938 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and KHAISY CHANHTHAVONG; DALE T. FOWLER, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 9th day of January, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 40, OF SKYVIEW TERRACE SECOND ADDITION PARTIAL REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 68, PAGE 4 AND 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
