NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-000021 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2005-A16, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-P UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER 1, 2005 is the Plaintiff and Christopher Cascio A/K/A Christopher Casico, Unknown Spouse Of Christopher Cascio A/K/A Christopher Casico, Harbour Light Towers Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Acting Solely As, Wilson, Kehoe & Miller Corporation, the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com , the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on December 12, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
That Certain Condominium Parcel Composed Of Unit No. 2002, Harbour Light Towers, A Condominium, According To The Declaration Of Condominium Recorded In O.R. Book 4171, Pages 997 To 1050, Inclusive And Filed As Instr. No. 74066712, And As Amended By Instr. No. 75050584, Condominium Plat Book 21, Pages 1 To 13 Inclusive, Public Records Of Pinellas County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
