NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 6, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12007429CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff and GERALD MEYERS; CLAIRE MEYERS A/K/A CLAIRE A. MEYERS A/K/A CLAIRE ANGELES MEYERS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC., AS NOMINEE FOR IRWIN UNION BANK AND TRUST COMPANY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 10th day of December 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK “E”, LOFTY PINE ESTATES FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
