NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated OCTOBER 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-014213-CI-21 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-R2, is the Plaintiff and ROBERT BRYANT JR A/K/A ROBERT BRYANT; BONNIE M. BRYANT A/K/A BONNIE BRYANT; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on DECEMBER 11, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 42, COQUINA KEY SECTION ONE, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGES 64 AND 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
