YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following real property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Apartment Number 501, Unit Week 20, CAMARON COVE RESORT CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium and all its attachments and amendments, as recorded in O. R. Book 5430, Page 1801, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 65, Page 52 through 58 inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Subject to reservations, restrictions, easements, terms and conditions as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium, and of record.
along with a Notice of Lis Pendens, has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on THERESA A. DEEB, ESQUIRE, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 5999 Central Avenue, Suite 202, St. Petersburg, FL 33710, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
