NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2013 in the above action, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Pinellas, Florida, on January 6, 2014, at 10:00 AM, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
Unit No. 122, Building No. 1, of Eagle`s Glen Condominium, Phase VIII, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 54, Page(s) 68 through 77, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5259, Page 1396 as amended in O.R. by amendment establishing Building 1, Phase VIII in O.R. 5632, Page 64 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
