NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 5, 2013, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-000804 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Cynthia L. Kaelin; Unknown Spouse of Cynthia L. Kaelin; Unknown Tenant I; Unknown Tenant II; Cape Sable Lakes Association, Inc. f/k/a Naples Mobile Estates Community Association, Inc.; and Any Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above-named Defendant are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples , FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 6 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 91, BLOCK B, NAPLES MOBILE HOME ESTATES , ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 91, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
