Final Judgment was awarded on November 14, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 11-2009-CA-002175, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS, INC., MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, MANA SERIES 2007-A3 is the Plaintiff, and, ELLEN EICHLER; SUNRISE CAY II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF ARIZONA; GARY EICHLER; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on this 16 day of December, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

BOOK 2245, PAGE 1343, AS THE SAME HAS BEEN AMENDED BY THAT CERTAIN AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION TO ADD PHASE 2 TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SUNRISE CAY II, A CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2521, PAGE 1745, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
