NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 19, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-4400 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CB5, is Plaintiff and Larry J. Rassizi, Melanie C. Rassizi and Collier County Board of Commissioners are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 18 day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 17, Block 193, Golden Gate Unit 6, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5 Page 124 through 134, inclusive of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Street Address: 5231 23rd Ct SW, Naples, FL 34116
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
