NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6 day of November, 2013, and entered in Case No. 112008CA005179XXXXXX, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County, at 11:00 A.M. on the 18 day of December, 2013, the following Courthouse, in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail E. Naples, FL 34112 described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Lot 99, DELASOL PHASE ONE, a subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 40, Pages 22 through 29, inclusive, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
