NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 20, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 11-2009-CA-006032 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and CHENEL PIERRE; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHENEL PIERRE N/K/A LINDA PIERRE; MELINA PIERRE A/K/A MELINDA PIERRE; NATIONAL CITY BANK; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 18 day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
