IN TRUST FOR MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE CAPITAL HOLDINGS LLC, is the Plaintiff and HANS HAEDELT; SUSANNA HAEDELT; NATIONAL CITY BANK; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on December 19, 2013 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
