NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
CIVIL ACTION
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on December 19, 2013, at 11:00 o'clock, a.m. in the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit Week 47 in Condominium Parcel 211, of Marco Resort and Club, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 905 at Pages 39-170, in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all amendments thereto.
Pursuant to the order or final judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is:

And the docket number which is 2010-CA-5737 (Defendants Daniel and Karlene A. Korzenski).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
