TOMASZEWSKI; PENNY PAYTON; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., MIN NO.; SEVEN SPRINGS VILLAS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendant(s).

UNIT 4616, BUILDING 46-H, SEVEN SPRINGS VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM PHASE 35, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 132, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDS IN O.R. BOOK 1172, PAGE 681, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
