Scheiderman are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on December 18, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT NUMBER 1098, IN EMBASSY HILLS UNIT SIX, AS SHOWN IN THE RECORDED PLAT/MAP THEREOF, IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 145, OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
