NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 21, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-005674-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Successor by Merger to Chase Home Finance, LLC, Plaintiff and Kimberly Ann Callicoat a/k/a Kimberly A. Callicoat and Larry D. Callicoat a/k/a Larry Callicoat, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on December 19, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 29, LEXINGTON OAKS VILLAGES 28 AND 29, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 28 THROUGH 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
