NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 30, 2013 in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-001539-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-FF12 is Plaintiff and DENISE D. BEACH, ROBERT P. BEACH, PASCO COUNTY, BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS , UNKNOWN TENANT(S), are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 16th day of December, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1210 OF ALOHA GARDENS UNIT ELEVEN-A ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 117 AND 118, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
