NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 12, 2013 and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-000177ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-4 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4 is the Plaintiff and CYNTHIA A THOMAS; BRIAN S THOMAS, II; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; TENANT #1 N/K/A ASHLEY KIMURA are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 01/13/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
