NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of October, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-000804-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and LYNNE FLAREAU A/K/A LYNNE MARIE FLAREAU A/K/A LYNNE M. FLAREAU; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION, III; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WACHOVIA BANK, N.A.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LYNNE FLAREAU A/K/A LYNNE MARIE FLAREAU A/K/A LYNNE M. FLAREAU; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
