NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of October, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-000804-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and LYNNE FLAREAU A/K/A LYNNE MARIE FLAREAU A/K/A LYNNE M. FLAREAU; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION, III; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WACHOVIA BANK, N.A.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LYNNE FLAREAU A/K/A LYNNE MARIE FLAREAU A/K/A LYNNE M. FLAREAU; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
