U.S. Bank National Association, as Successor Trustee, to Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee, for the C-BASS Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-CB4, Plaintiff and YURI DURAN; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pasco.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 11:00 AM ON THE PRESCRIBED DATE this December 18th, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BOOK 6255, PAGE 887 AND ANY OTHER AMENDMENTS MADE THERETO AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 89-92 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.
