NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-002440 ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2007-WMC1 TRUST, is Plaintiff, and ATHENA BLOOMFIELD, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 23rd day of December, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF TRACT 123, IN SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE RUN NORTH 430 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 105 FEET; THENCE WEST 130 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 105 FEET; THENCE EAST 130 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. EXCEPT THE WEST 50 FEET THEREOF AS ROAD RIGHT OF WAY FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS FOR OTHERS LANDS NOW OWNED OR HERETOFORE OWNED BY GRANTORS IN SAID TRACT.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
