NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-005292-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER SECURITIZATION SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF JULY 1, 2005 STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HE2, is Plaintiff, and Stanley S. Sender and Billie Jean Sender, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 23rd day of December, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Commence at the Southeast corner of Tract 78, in Section 26, Township 25 South, Range 21 East, Zephyrhills Colony Company Lands, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 1, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, thence run West 150feet for a Point of Beginning; thence run North 166 feet to road; thence run West 100 feet; thence run South 166 feet; thence run East 100 feet to the Point of Beginning.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
