BELL, III A/K/A JOHN S. BELL A/K/A JOHN BELL, III A/K/A JONATHAN BELL A/K/A JOHNNY BELL; SABINA YOLANDA BELL A/K/A SABINA BELL; STATE OF FLORIDA; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR VANTIUM CAPITAL, INC., D/B/A ACQURA LOAN SERVICES; OAK HAMMOCK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 12/18/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
