NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 07, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-015663-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and PEGGY A. STEWART A/K/A PEGGY ANN STEWART, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 07 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 205, BLAIR BUILDING OF CYPRESS CREEK VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2121, PAGE 1, AND AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2204, PAGE 146, AND IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2655, PAGE 547, AND IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3836, PAGE 4034 AND IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4293, PAGE 4743, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH APPURTENANCES THERETO INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON SURPLUS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS AMENDED.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
