RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed November 07, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-008823-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff, and OVERLOOK AT PARKSIDE AT ERROL ESTATES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 07 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Unit C, Building No. 18, OVERLOOK AT PARKSIDE CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 8585, Page 715, amended in Official Records Book 8654, Page 813, Official Records Book 8771, Page 1234, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
